Applicant organisations must create an account on the Egis Impact Hub platform and register on the Call for Projects 2024 page where they will be able to fill in the expression of interest form, submit attachments and ask questions. The entire process of the Call for Projects will take place on this platform.
PHASE 1
In the first phase, project applicants will have to check that they meet the announced eligibility criteria. They must submit their applications to the call for expressions of interest, from 13 May until 10 June at 14:00 (CEST), via the Call for 2024 Projects page (around forty questions required).
PHASE 2
Successful applicants will be invited to discuss their projects with the Foundation during a 20-minute interview between 24 and 28 June 2024. Following these interviews, between 5 and 10 organisations will be selected to move on to the next phase.
PHASE 3
Pre-selected applicants must submit a full application between 5 July and 2 September at 14:00 (CEST) at latest. The projects submitted will be examined by a Selection Committee. Additional information may be requested to help assess the projects.
PHASE 4
All the applicants who submit their applications in phase 3 will be invited to an interview with the members of the Selection Committee between 19 September and 1st October 2024 to gain a deeper understanding of the project and the structure's approach. The projects will then be presented to the Board of Directors for final selection.
The final decision will be made by the Foundation's Board of Directors, which will meet between 10 and 18 October 2024.
