This Tuesday morning, together with Laurent Germain, CEO of Egis and James Chopty, Deputy CEO – International on video, Dr. Hongyu Li, CEO of Asia-Pacific and her team officially inaugurated our Asia-Pacific Headquarters in Hong Kong with a ceremony infused with local cultural traditions and French delicacies.
Amongst 60 some guests, French Consul General in HK & Macau Alexandre Giorgini and Head of Trade Section at the EU Office in HK & Macau Walter Van Hattum, local HK government officials expressed their support for French/European-Sino/HK trade in one of the world’s largest infrastructure markets.
Dr. Li presented our new office as a new home for not only the 1,800 employees in Asia-Pacific but all Egis colleagues worldwide and our partners and friends when you come to Hong Kong! She also said this celebration a new start for Egis as we landed in this market under a unified brand, and called for collaboration in our industry with Egis bringing here new offers in design, engineering, and O&M for a sustainable future of Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific!
Located in the OTB Building on the Gloucester Road in Wan Chai on the north of the Hong Kong Island and with a view into Hong Kong’s magnificent Victoria Harbour, our new office is a complete designed & made-by-Egis product in all the details of its space, interior and décors, speaking to East meeting West and the present transpiring into the future.
